We are looking to recruit two new board members
Our board is responsible for making strategic decisions and monitoring our performance.
It is made up of a diverse group of people all of whom bring a range of different skills and experience.
We are currently looking to appoint two new Board Members.
- For the first role we are looking for someone with strategic asset management experience. You may have some social housing insight, although knowledge gained from sectors with comparably complex property portfolios could also be relevant. A strategic understanding of key aspects such as de-carbonisation, asset data utilisation and all safety aspects would be valued.
- For the second opportunity we are looking for candidates with an excellent understanding of the social challenges facing Yorkshire communities.
We particularly want to hear from candidates who are currently under-represented at board level in our sector, including women, people from ethnic minorities, LGBTQ+ people, disabled people, and people from a younger age demographic.
Valuing diversity brings new perspectives, allows us to reach the widest pool of talent and ensures we understand and reflect the perspectives of our customers.
If this is your first non-executive role then we will support and develop you to ensure you flourish.
