We've published our latest ESG report, outlining our performance against the Sustainability Reporting Standard for Social Housing over the last 12 months.

At 54North Homes, our core purpose is, ‘building homes, changing lives’. This powerful social purpose drives all that we do and requires us to think carefully about how we can foster sustainability and be socially responsible in all our work. This is typically described as Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG). The report illustrates the work and impact we have made in these ESG areas during 2024/25.
