Free bikes and accessories from West Yorkshire Combined Authority

West Yorkshire Combined Authority is offering new, low maintenance bikes and accessories to those who are on a low income and would benefit from owning a bike to access employment, training and opportunities.

Bikes will be delivered to the required specification of the individual along with a range of essential accessories including a helmet and lock.

In order to apply for a bike, applicants must have attended a minimum of three free adult cycle training sessions. Applicants must also be able to evidence that they are in receipt of means-tested benefits.
