Our Managing Director to leave 54North Homes

Our Managing Director, Mark Pearson has taken the decision to stand down from his role, leaving 54North Homes at the end of the year.

Mark has served as Managing Director since our formation in 2022 when we joined the Karbon Group.

Announcing his departure, Mark said: “After careful consideration, I’ve taken the decision to step down from my role as Managing Director from the end of the year.

“My role has continued to change, and I feel now is the right time to step aside as the organisation continues to evolve.

“It’s been a privilege to lead this organisation. I’m incredibly proud of everything we’ve achieved over the past three years for the benefit of our customers and communities.

“I know my colleagues will continue to build on our achievements, and I look forward to seeing and celebrating 54N’s and the wider Group’s future successes from afar.”

“As Mark steps down later this year, we are confident in our strong Group management structure and the leadership team in place to ensure continuity while we develop future management plans.”

Mark will leave the organisation on 31 December 2025. Our plans for future management arrangements will be shared in due course.
