Win up to £100 in our Halloween competition!

This year we’re running three spooky competitions for you to get involved in - show us your creative spooky side for the chance to win £100. The categories are:

• Best decorated house
• Best costume
• Best carved pumpkin

The prizes are:

• First place in each category wins £100
• Second place in each category wins £50
• Third place in each category wins £25

How to get involved

If you love kitting out your home with fun, frightening knick-knacks, embracing the Halloween vibes with an original outfit or are planning on carving up a creepy creation, why not get involved!

All you have to do is email your pictures to connectwithus@54northhomes.co.uk and let us know which categories you wish to enter by Wednesday 5 November 2025. We’ll contact the winners and runners up on Friday 7 November 2025.

Terms and conditions

1. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and subject to availability.

2. No alternatives are available.

3. 54North Homes reserves the right in their reasonable discretion to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

4. The winners of the prize will be drawn by 54North Homes Involved Customer Group and notified by email no later than 7 November 2025. Where we require details from you, if you do not provide these within 28 days of notification we reserve the right to select a different winner.

5. All entrants are expected to act fairly and in the good spirit of the competition. 54North Homes reserves the right to investigate any irregularities and disqualify entrants at its absolute discretion.

6. 54North Homes decision as to who has won the competition shall be final.

By entering this competition you are agreeing that, if you win, your name and entry may be a) used for the purpose of announcing the winner and/or distributed to individuals who request details of the winner and/or b) in any related publicity by 54North Homes, without additional payment or permission.

12. Under no circumstances will 54North Homes be responsible for any loss, damages, costs or expenses arising from or in any way connected with any errors, defects, interruptions, malfunctions or delays in the promotion of the competition or prize.

13. 54North Homes will not be responsible unless required by law, for any loss, changes, costs or expenses, which may arise in connection with this competition and 54North Homes can cancel or alter the competition at any stage.

14. Any dispute relating to the competition shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
