Northern Housing Awards finalist

We're delighted to have been shortlisted as finalists alongside our delivery partner Equans for the Northern Housing Awards.

In the category of 'Best Retrofit Initiative', this shortlisting recognises our recent project at St Mary's and Wood Lane Court.

The project delivered a transformative whole‑house decarbonisation to 98 previously cold and draughty flats across three blocks. Driving real change for residents, we've achieved annual energy bill savings of up to £400 per home and improved EPC ratings from E to as high as B.
