Universal Credit claimants update

If you are a Universal Credit claimant, please do not report your April rent change until the date the new rent starts (e.g. April 12th, depending on your tenancy).

Reporting a housing change (such as moving home or a rent increase) too early on your Universal Credit journal, can lead to delays, duplicate requests or issues with your claim.
