54North Homes supports campaign to inspire children to see a future in housing
4 March 2026
We’ve listened carefully to your feedback about how we can strengthen our services around managing Anti‑Social Behaviour (ASB). Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to share their experiences — your insight is helping us make meaningful improvements.
Here’s what’s coming soon:
New online ASB reporting form
You told us you wanted an easier way to report nuisance or anti‑social behaviour. We’re pleased to share that we are working with our IT team to create a simple, user‑friendly online reporting form.
You’ll be able to access it from your phone, tablet, or computer, making it easier than ever to get in touch.
Dedicated ASB email for faster responses
We know that waiting on the phone or not receiving updates can be frustrating. To make it easier for you to reach us directly about ASB concerns, we’ll soon be launching a dedicated ASB email address.
This will help speed up response times and ensure your queries reach the right team straight away.
Stronger support for hate‑related ASB & domestic abuse
From 1 April 2026, our Safer Community Officer will take the lead on all hate‑related ASB and Domestic Abuse cases.
This change ensures serious matters are handled quickly, sensitively, and by a specialist who can provide the right support.
ASB service audit shows big improvements
We recently completed an audit of how we manage ASB cases — including how quickly we respond, how we keep you informed about your case, and how promptly diary sheets are provided.
We’re pleased to report significant improvements across the service, with all Housing Officers showing strong progress in response times and communication.
Thank you for your feedback
Your feedback continues to shape the services we provide. We’re committed to making our ASB service more accessible, responsive, and supportive for all residents.
