We've designed a new online postcode search tool to make getting help from your Housing Officer, quicker, clearer and more convenient.

Our Housing team work across Yorkshire, from Wakefield to Whitby, dealing with a wide range of issues relating to the management of your home and neighbourhood.

We invested in creating this tool in response to customer feedback as part of our ongoing efforts to improve our customers' experience. Following the recent expansion in the number of homes we manage at 54North we have recruited more housing officers and reshaped the Housing team areas to ensure our customers have dedicated support.
