Leonora House shortlisted for RICS 2026 award

Our flagship scheme, Leonora House, has been shortlisted as a finalist for the RICS Yorkshire & Humber Awards 2026 in the Residential Development category.

Located in Leeds, the development provides 58 high-quality apartments for social rent, helping to meet local housing need while delivering a scheme defined by strong design, quality and long-term community impact.

This shortlisting recognises the positive difference Leonora House is making and reflects our continued commitment to creating places where people can truly thrive.
