Our Customer Experience Committee

Our Customer Experience Committee (CEC) is responsible for overseeing customer experience and customer engagement: ensuring that customers have their voice heard; that the needs and safety of customers are at the heart of the Board’s decision making; and that our performance is monitored to strive for excellence across all our services.

The Customer Experience Committee holds 54North Homes to account on customer-related matters and provides feedback and insight to ensure that services are developed in partnership with our customers.

Our Treasury Task & Finish Group

Our Treasury Task and Finish Group is responsible for the negotiation of traditional bank lending and other routes of finance that align with 54North Homes' future strategy.

Our Integration Committee

Our Integration Committee is a fixed-term group, responsible for ensuring that the merger of our two legacy organisations, which have come together to create 54North Homes, is proceeding to plan and in line with agreed timetables. It also gives a steer on key issues, including the embedding of the new organisation’s values and culture, and monitoring of our merger commitments.
