We are committed to managing our resources so we can provide cost-effective, high quality services to customers.

All the money we collect from rent and service charge helps to fund our homes and services and we aim to do this as economically as possible.

We are also firmly committed to sharing how we spend this money with our customers.
As a new organisation (formed in December 2022) 54North Homes has yet to produce its first Annual Report and Accounts. However, you'll find the links below to the most recent reports for our two former organisations: Leeds & Yorkshire Housing Association and York Housing Association.
