An Equality Impact Assessment is carried out when each policy is created or reviewed to ensure fairness and equality.

Where the documents reference Karbon Homes rather than 54North Homes it is because 54North Homes is part of the Karbon Homes Group and in the main we follow the same policies and procedures.
