Right to Acquire is a government scheme where you may be able to buy your home at a discounted rate if it was built or bought by us after 31st March 1997 (and funded through a social housing grant provided by the Housing Corporation or local council). You’ll need to have lived in your home for at least three years and have an assured tenancy.
