There will be 28 one-bedroom, 25 two-bedroom and five three-bedroom apartments designed to a high specification throughout. The homes will be energy efficient, with heat pumps providing hot water, electric vehicle charging points and cycle storage to facilitate green travel. The homes will also have a flexible layout, including workspace areas to accommodate home working.
Outside will be landscaped with grass and trees and each of the ground floor apartments will have their own garden.
Work is due to begin on building the new homes in June 2023 and they are due for completion in late 2024.

Our parent company, Karbon Homes, is working with Countryside Partnerships to deliver 126 affordable homes in Scarborough.
The development, situated just off Ogodsby Lane, will provide 126 homes, all of which will be managed by 54North Homes. 42 will be made available for Shared Ownership, with the remaining 84 available for Affordable Rent.
There are detached, semi-detached, terraced and bungalow properties available, with each home ranging between two, three and four bedrooms.
The new development will also include a substantial open space bordering the site. Our plans for this space are to create a network of footpaths and a children’s play area.

The development, known as Field Lane, consists of a mix of two and three-bedroom homes and will be available for affordable rent, Shared Ownership and Rent to Buy, helping local people onto the housing ladder.
