  • Cleaning of communal areas and stairs, including vacuuming/mopping of stairs, landings and lobbies
  • Wiping down banisters/handrails, door entry hardware and all flat surfaces, including window ledges, skirting, communal entrance doors and internal
    communal doors

  • Spot cleaning of marks or graffiti on walls; reporting back to 54North Homes if the graffiti cannot be removed

  • Removing cobwebs in all communal areas, including entrance halls, stairwells, corridors, internal window frames and bin stores

  • Removing litter from internal and external communal areas
  • Ensuring bin stores are kept clean, safe and tidy
  • Cleaning of lifts, if provided, including wiping down lift control panels, sweeping/mopping floors and keeping walls clean and presentable
