We have a number of housing options dedicated to over 55s

From self-contained flats, to sheltered schemes with communal facilities and our Extra Care Scheme, Auden House in York, we have a range of accommodation to suit different needs.

These include St Cyprians Gardens and Rosemary Thompson House in Leeds, West Thorpe in Whitby, and Margaret Philipson Court and Bretgate in York.

In some of these schemes residents live in self-contained flats with access to communal areas, meaning you can retain your independence while reaping the benefits of living in a close community.

Many of our properties can be adapted to suit specific needs and some have access to additional support services, for example, an alarm to call help in an emergency.

You should apply for these homes in the usual way through the relevant local council.
